It is bad to not provide commmitments
Breakfast and shuttle services were poor.
Friendly staff! Amenities include free shuttle & continental breakfast in lobby. Diner restaurant next door with good cheap food. Super comfortable bed! Very reasonably priced.
There can be a fair amount of noise from the hallways - wasn't enough to keep me awake though. The place is a bit rundown, but I'm not fussy.
Staff was really friendy. The service was fast. The room had an odd smell, but was very clean. Great place to stay for someone who wants a quick overnighter...nothing fancy and worth the price.
The walls were very thin, so you could hear people talking and running in the hallways.
The staff were friendly, front desk, housekeepers, shuttle driver, etc. The free shuttle around town was a bonus. We liked the close proximity to Greek Town and Ford Field for our concert. Parking lot security was good. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We will return!
Our room only had a glass block window so we couldn't see outside, but not all the rooms were like this. Read the fine print, taxes add up to about 10% more than the quoted price.
close to casinos and entertainment and the price (waffles for breakfast was a good touch)!
shower didnt work right no pressure and broke no vending, except pop, advertised shuttle to casino no shuttle rooms could have been cleaner.
The price of the room was good and the hotel was located close to Ford Field.
Would have appreciated healthier choices for the continental breakfast (E.G., non-sweetened cereal, 100% whole wheat bread, fresh fruit, eggs).
It is close to Greektown Casino.
The breakfast is a joke. The room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet was filthy. The fan in the bathroom was still cigarette stained. The amount of money that was spent was obviously for the location. The next time I make plans to go to Detroit I will shop around sooner so that I will not have to spend the night there.
My favorite thing about the hotel was probably how friendly and helpful the staff were. Never once did they give us any trouble about anything! The location was also a huge draw, and the prices were very reasonable for what we were getting.
Some of the other guests staying at the hotel were incredibly rude. Other than that, there was really nothing bad to say about the hotel itself.
Cordial staff- shuttle bus to football stadium / downtown dining. Location was excellent-
Property was undergoing some renovation- Hotel is aged however improvements are being made.
The free shuttle was a plus. You could call up until midnight and the driver would come pick you up. And he was very friendly!
Not clean at all. Hair in the shower, dirty and smelly.
It was nice to have the shuttle available back and forth to Downtown, but the service was very slow.
The price was unreasonable for a hotel that needs such updating. For 1 room, with a king sized bed, my bill was over $190.00. That did not include a microwave or fridge.
I liked the shuttle service to downtown Detroit.
Friendly service. Shuttle available. Very confortable bed.
Breakfast was bad. Stale bagels. No clock in my room. Air conditioner did not work, but was given another room. TV was messed up.
Very nice staff, clean rooms, good location (close to the city).
We had booked king room with Jacuzzi which they did not provide for the first night. But second day we had to call Booked.net to confirm reservation and talked to hotel manager to get the room.
