Exceptional Experience with Wonderful Hospitality!
I stayed for two nights in a non-smoking King Room and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. The complimentary breakfast featured fresh pastries and hot coffee, which were perfect after a long day exploring. Pro tip, Don’t miss out on the shuttle service for convenient transportation!

clean rooms, affordable rates, proximity to Little Caesars Arena
The location needs serious improvement, it felt neglected with nearby abandoned buildings!!! The parking lot could use resizing for larger vehicles. Sound insulation between rooms is lacking, making it noisy at night!!!

Perfect for concertgoers
We came for the P!nk concert and I was surprised the shuttle actually ran during the week, that was huge. Our driver Ken was top-tier, made the ride so smooth-no stress with parking or Ubers!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, I’d say it was acceptable.

Great stay with awesome staff!
We had a nice time! The beds were comfy, and the staff was super friendly, especially Rich, our shuttle driver. The breakfast was decent and the place was clean, which was a must. Just wish the hotel didn’t feel a bit worn down. Overall, a solid choice for a family trip.

The bar area had a cozy vibe, and the prices were chill, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the nearby gem, Steve's Soulfood, was walking distance and a must-try! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, adding to the good feels of the stay.
Despite the bright spotlight in the parking lot offering security, it felt like we were camping in the middle of the day trying to catch some Z's. Not to mention, the lack of ESPN for the big games might leave sports fans grumbling!

The stay was quite enjoyable overall, with helpful staff and a clean room that met essential needs. However, the noise level was bothersome at times, and there were a few maintenance issues to address. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and added to the value.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing helpful directions for our event, which made navigating the area much easier. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and inviting, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast offered a nice variety, but on one morning, the scrambled eggs were completely gone, which was a letdown. Additionally, there was an issue with my key card that was rekeyed without ID verification, raising security concerns. Despite these hiccups, the convenient location near attractions was a definite plus.

We checked out the MGM Grand and the Detroit Institute of Arts, which were both so close. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Free parking is a plus, and the shuttle was useful for getting around.
The shuttle service was a bit unreliable. We were left waiting for a ride back one night, which was frustrating.

The room was decent—I’d say no frills but clean. I liked having a fridge and microwave, and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom had all the basics but could've used some touch-ups. the shower had a bit of mold. The TV worked well but the signal cut out occasionally. Not the easiest spot to park, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it did the job for a night.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.
